Biography

Born in Moscow, 1967

Graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relation (MGIMO) in 1989, specializing in International Economic Relations

1989 - started career as a consultant, senior expert in USSR Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Worked as Economic Advisor’s Assistant in Great Britain Embassy in Moscow, Marketing specialist in Sony Europe Moscow office.
1994 - Head of External Economic Relations Department, TITAN-R, LLC.
2000 - CEO, AMRO INTERSERVICE, LLC.
In 2003 - completed anti-crisis management training in State Service Training Institute at Russian State Service Academy.
2003 - Advisor in Troubled Loans Department, Vneshtorgbank, JSC; Advisor in GUTA-BANK Project Group.
2005 - Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, Vice-president and Deputy Chairman of the board CJSC Loan Office “GUTA-BANK”.
Since July, 2005 till present - CEO, “Vneshtorgbank Trading House” (in June 2006 renamed to “Interbank Trading House” with new stakeholder entering — “VNESHEKONOMBANK” State Corporation).
Since August, 2009 - Member of the Board of Directors, Metalloinvest Management Company.
